September was a busy month as we planned for and launched our 10th cohort of the youthexperts project! We decided to take advantage of the final few months of the Rising Youth grants being open, and opened the call to youth across Canada to create their own mental health projects! If you haven’t heard of or checked them out at risingyouth.ca.
As always we’ve adjusted to suit the needs and realities of current circumstances. With almost two years of Canadian youth engaging only online, as we still endure pandemic conditions it made more sense to shorten the length of time needed. We continue to adapt our engagement program to make the process as simple, accessible and fun as possible.
Growth, one of our co-creations from spring 2021, has finished! We’ll be getting it translated into 2 other languages and we’re so excited to send these off to our group! Check out the CSC Online Design Lab, Spring 2021 participants and the process for the development of Growth.
